Steve O’Connell, P.Eng.

With over 20 years of experience in civil engineering, Steve is the founder and principal Centras Engineering, specializing in onsite civil design. A professional engineer, he has shaped the company's success with his technical expertise and innovative approach. Steve excels in managing complex projects from design to completion, delivering tailored solutions that meet both client and municipal requirements. Known for his pragmatic approach, he fosters strong

relationships with clients, contractors, and municipal authorities, ensuring high-quality

outcomes.

Tommy Buchmann, P.Eng.

Tommy is a principal at Centras Engineering, specializing in offsite civil design for both land

development and municipal engineering. With over 20 years of experience in civil engineering, he has developed extensive expertise in infrastructure design and a strong background in navigating municipal processes, drawing from his prior experience in the public sector. Tommy’s combination of technical knowledge and leadership in design and project coordination enables him to effectively address complex engineering challenges and deliver high-quality results for

his clients.

Aman Grewal, P.Eng.

Aman is a principal at Centras Engineering, with a focus on detailed engineering design and management of medium to large scale development projects. His expertise in civil design and proactive management style helps his projects meet both technical and regulatory requirements as quick and efficiently as possible. His hands-on approach and attention to detail make him a
